Important: New EU Regulation (EU 2025/920) – Required Export Shipment Information
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you about the upcoming changes introduced by the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/920 on aviation security, which will come into effect on 1 September 2025.
This regulation introduces new data requirements for export shipments from Europe (EU/EFTA).
To ensure compliance and avoid shipment delays or rejections, we kindly ask you to review the following information and provide the necessary data for all future export shipments.
Under the new regulation, the following information must be included with each export shipment:
Detailed Goods Description
Must follow the EU guidance on acceptable goods descriptions:

Full Details of All Parties Involved, including
- Original shipper and consignor (if different)
- Original consignee and final recipient (if different)
For each party, please provide:
- Name of the natural person or the company (if different as applicable)
- Full address
- Contact details, including phone number
Air Waybill (AWB) Requirements
The AWB must include the following:
- Original shipper: name, full address, and contact details (including phone number)
- Ultimate consignee: name, full address, and contact details (including phone number)
- Detailed goods description as per EU guidance
