Staff Meeting
What does it really take to build a workplace where people feel heard? For us, it begins with togetherness, active participation, and a genuine opportunity for employees to influence and contribute.
At our recent staff meeting, we took time to openly reflect on where we are today and where we are heading – not only as a company, but as a community of people working together. Beyond the agenda topics, the most important element was dialogue: listening to questions, ideas, and perspectives from across the organisation. When people feel included and heard, engagement naturally turns into shared ownership.
That sense of connection extended beyond the meeting room. As the photos show, we also came together to celebrate Chinese New Year and enjoy a shared Chinese lunch 😊
