Closure of a terminal at one of the world’s busiest ports – Ningbo-Zhoushan
A case of Covid-19 has been detected at the terminal Meishan in Ningbo port.
The port has been closed and all import and export shipment have been suspended from Meishan terminal since August 11th. The most affected tradelanes are to and from India, Europe, Scandinavia, Canada, US East Coast and Latin America.
Both FCL and LCL shipment moves are affected, meaning delays in shipments to and from Meishan, Ningbo.
We will closely monitor the situation and keep our customers informed. For all new bookings of shipment we will steer the shipments to another terminal in Ningbo or suggest a nearby port for your shipments.
