Consulting and customs clearance

Hacklin East has a vast expertise in customs clearance of equipment, machinery and dismantled plant imported to Russia. We offer consulting and specialized customs clearance services in Russia for project and general cargo. We handle customs clearance of equipment invested into share capital of Russian company as a contribution in kind.

Railway transportation

Hacklin East is experienced in handling transportations by railway between EU, China, Russia & the CIS countries. Railway freights in Russia are handled under direct agreement with JSC Russian Railways. We deliver rail shipments to any destination in Russia and the CIS, Europe and Far East. Hacklin East handles professionally containers (SOC / COC), wagon transports as well as out of gauge and heavy cargo deliveries on platforms and heavy load freight wagons.

Warehousing and port forwarding

Hacklin East offers bonded storage services in HaminaKotka port in Finland near the Russian border. We provide our clients with port forwarding services and transport documentation in Finland. We handle transit documents for cargo to be transported to Russia and for import and export deliveries to and from Finland.
